Always remember, you can only file a claim for cashback not tracked after the 7th date of the following month from the purchase date.
It's important to know why there's a 3-day waiting period after a transaction before you can submit a cashback query. By waiting for 3 days, you allow the system to process your transaction accurately and make sure all the necessary information is recorded accurately.
